Have questions about your ProMusica experience? Below are answers to many of our frequently asked questions, updated specifically for our 2020-21 concert season.
ProMusica’s Box Office is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM until 5:30 PM. As we are currently working remotely, for any questions regarding tickets, please email Margaret Wells, Executive Assistant, or call 614.464.0066 ext. 111. We are checking voicemails several times daily, so please include your email address and phone number in your message and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Tickets must be purchased online prior to the concert. They will be available up until four hours before each concert, or until the concert is sold out. Tickets will not be available to purchase at the door the night of the concert. We will use a touchless system, but you must show proof of your purchased ticket upon arrival. If you are having difficulties making your online ticket purchase, please email Margaret Wells, Executive Assistant, or call 614.464.0066 ext. 111.
After ordering your tickets, you will receive an online order confirmation email that will include your concert tickets attached as a PDF document. You can print your tickets from home, or if you do not have access to a printer, you may also show your ticket on your mobile device upon arrival at the venue. Tickets can be reprinted if you lose them. Should you misplace the email containing the original ticket attachment, please email Margaret Wells, Executive Assistant, or call 614.464.0066 ext. 111 and we will be happy to help and resend your tickets.
ProMusica is thrilled to enter a new unique partnership with Together & Company, as their exclusive venue at The Fives becomes our musical home this season! The Fives is located at 555 West Goodale Street and is a new event space that is part of the Reach on Goodale development, located adjacent to White Castle’s new corporate headquarters. The Fives is an ADA compliant venue.
Doors will open 75 minutes before the scheduled performance begins.
The safety and health of our guests, musicians, and staff is our top priority. The Fives is also committed to safety and is a healthy venue. The following protocols will be enforced to keep us all safe which include but are not limited to:
ProMusica Chamber Orchestra reserves the right to ask attendees not complying with health and safety protocols to leave the events.
If you are experiencing fever, cough, sore throat, loss of smell or taste, shortness of breath, chills, muscle aches, headache, gastrointestinal distress, or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19, please stay home.
Concerts will be approximately one hour long, with no intermission. Due to current social distancing requirements, seating at The Fives will be arranged in a pod (a grouping) of either 2 seats or 4 seats with 6 feet distancing between each pod. Seating capacity is limited to approximately 130-150 attendees per concert, depending on the size of the orchestra’s set up and the number of musicians performing. Please reference our room diagram that illustrates what to expect for the audience seating area. Your ticket purchase options are:
All seats are general admission.
A cash bar will be available at the concert. You must resume mask-wearing when you are not drinking a beverage.
To ensure safety of our patrons, a physical program book will not be provided at concerts. However, a digital program book will be available online prior to each concert to help enhance your concert experience and familiarize yourself with our orchestra.
To ensure guests enjoy the performance, we kindly request your cell phones and/or other electronic devices are silenced before the concert begins.
Please be advised that photographing, videotaping, or sound recording of any performance without prior authorization from ProMusica is strictly prohibited.
We understand that this is a unique time and circumstances may arise that prevent you from being able to attend the concert. ProMusica cares about the well-being of our patrons, so we especially encourage you to stay home if you are feeling unwell.
REFUNDS:
If you wish to request a refund, please contact us no later than 12 hours prior to the event. Refunds will not be honored if you do not notify us by the deadline. Please email Margaret Wells, Executive Assistant, to request your refund.
EXCHANGES:
Purchased tickets can be exchanged for another concert, based on availability. You must notify us of your request no later than 24 hours prior to the event. Tickets may not be exchanged after the event has occurred. Please email Margaret Wells, Executive Assistant, to request an exchange.
Group rates are not available for the 2020-21 season. Please email Margaret Wells, Executive Assistant, or call 614.464.0066 ext. 111 if you have a specific inquiry.
All tickets purchased for concerts at The Fives will have a 5% ticket fee applied. The Columbus Arts & Culture fee will be applied to nonprofit arts, sports, and entertainment tickets and admissions in the City of Columbus. The Columbus Arts & Culture Fee helps make the arts available to all through funding free festivals and events, exemplary artists, arts organizations, and programs that educate and engage audiences throughout Greater Columbus.
