What are the Box Office hours?
ProMusica’s Box Office is open Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. We are located at 620 East Broad Street, Suite 300. Tickets are also available at the venue two hours before a Southern Theatre performance and one-and-a-half hours before a Worthington United Methodist Church performance.

Can I purchase tickets by telephone or the website?
Yes. Please call the ProMusica office at 614.464.0066 to order. Tickets may also be purchased via the ProMusica website (it will direct you to the Ticketmaster website). Please note, online orders for performances at the Worthington United Methodist Church must be purchased at least four hours prior to the start of the concert. Tickets for the Southern Theatre, purchased through Ticketmaster, are available online up until the performance start time.

What if I’ve lost my tickets?
If lost or misplaced tickets were purchased through the ProMusica office, please contact us and we can easily replace them for you. If you purchased tickets through another party, you will need to contact your “point of purchase.”

What is the ticket refund policy?
All sales are final. Ticket exchanges are only available to subscribers. Returned tickets qualify as a tax-deductible donation to ProMusica, but must be returned no later than the Friday prior to the concert. Call the ProMusica office at 614.464.0066 or return by mail. MORE DETAILS

Are student tickets available?
Yes. Student tickets are available the week of the performance at the ProMusica Box Office. They can also be purchased the night of the performance at the venue (subject to availability). Student tickets are $10 each, 2 per student ID. Valid only for regular season performances; excluding special events.

Are there special group rates available?
Yes. Discounted rates vary on the performance and the size of the group. Please call the ProMusica Box Office at 614.464.0066 for more information.

Can I buy a gift certificate?
Yes. Gift certificates are available for any amount and valid for two years from the purchase date. They can be redeemed for the best available seats at all ProMusica performances (excluding the Soirée). To purchase, please call the ProMusica Box Office at 614.464.0066.

Where are the performances located and where can I park?
The Southern Theatre is located at 21 E. Main Street, at the corner of Main and High Streets in downtown Columbus. Parking is available at the Columbus Commons Parking Garage, directly across from the theatre. The Worthington United Methodist Church is located near the corner of New England and High Streets, directly across the street from the Worthington Post Office. When should I arrive?
It’s best to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled performance begins. This leaves time for parking, picking up tickets, visiting the restroom, and finding your seat. Be sure to stay after the concert for Classical 101 FM host Boyce Lancaster’s conversation with musicians and guests after all Southern Theatre performances.

What if I arrive late?
Latecomers who arrive after the concert begins will not be seated until the first appropriate pause in the program.

What should I wear?
Our wish is always for you to enjoy the performance, so please wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Patrons attending ProMusica performances generally wear business or business casual attire, as the evening is sometimes an outing for a special occasion.

When should I applaud?
Musicians do love applause and hate to tell people not to clap. It’s customary to clap only after a piece is complete. For example, if you are listening to a Symphony which has four movements, it is appropriate to clap after the last movement. You will be able to find how many movements each piece has in your program book. When in doubt, you can always wait for the rest of the audience to begin their applause.

How can I best prepare for a concert?
Browse the ProMusica website for information regarding the conductor, guest musicians, and program pieces to prepare yourself for what’s to come. Concert program notes for each subscription concert are available on our website prior to the performance, as well as in your program book at the concert.

To ensure our guests enjoy the performance, we kindly request your cell phones and/or other electronic devices are turned off before the concert begins. If at all possible, please leave these devices at home.

May I record a performance or take photos?
No. The photographing, videotaping, or sound recording of any performance without prior authorization from ProMusica is strictly prohibited.
