Have questions about your ProMusica experience? Below are answers to many of our frequently asked questions, updated specifically for our 2020-21 concert season.

What are the Box Office hours?

ProMusica’s Box Office is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM until 5:30 PM. As we are currently working remotely, for any questions regarding tickets, please email Margaret Wells, Executive Assistant, or call 614.464.0066 ext. 111. We are checking voicemails several times daily, so please include your email address and phone number in your message and we will respond as quickly as possible.

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets must be purchased online prior to the concert. They will be available up until four hours before each concert, or until the concert is sold out. Tickets will not be available to purchase at the door the night of the concert. We will use a touchless system, but you must show proof of your purchased ticket upon arrival. If you are having difficulties making your online ticket purchase, please email Margaret Wells, Executive Assistant, or call 614.464.0066 ext. 111.

What if I’ve lost my tickets?

After ordering your tickets, you will receive an online order confirmation email that will include your concert tickets attached as a PDF document. You can print your tickets from home, or if you do not have access to a printer, you may also show your ticket on your mobile device upon arrival at the venue. Tickets can be reprinted if you lose them. Should you misplace the email containing the original ticket attachment, please email Margaret Wells, Executive Assistant, or call 614.464.0066 ext. 111 and we will be happy to help and resend your tickets.

  • Maintaining strict audience capacity in accordance with the venue rules and Franklin County Public Health Department orders
  • Seating arrangements in pods of 2 or 4, with 6 feet distancing between each pod
  • Staggering audience departures at concerts to ensure distancing
  • Using a touchless ticketing system
  • Providing face masks and hand sanitizer at the venue

If you are experiencing fever, cough, sore throat, loss of smell or taste, shortness of breath, chills, muscle aches, headache, gastrointestinal distress, or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19, please stay home.

What will my concert experience be like?

Concerts will be approximately one hour long, with no intermission. Due to current social distancing requirements, seating at The Fives will be arranged in a pod (a grouping) of either 2 seats or 4 seats with 6 feet distancing between each pod. Seating capacity is limited to approximately 130-150 attendees per concert, depending on the size of the orchestra’s set up and the number of musicians performing. Please reference our room diagram that illustrates what to expect for the audience seating area. Your ticket purchase options are:

  • Purchase a pod of 2 (seats 2, distanced by 6 feet from other pods).
  • Purchase a pod of 4 (seats 4, distanced by 6 feet from other pods). We recommend all four members of your party arrive together for ease of entry.
  • Purchase a single ticket. Single tickets are available in any quantity. Upon arrival, you will be seated in a pod, which would include other guests that are not in your party, unless you arrive with a party of four.

All seats are general admission.
A cash bar will be available at the concert. You must resume mask-wearing when you are not drinking a beverage.

How can I best prepare for a concert?

To ensure safety of our patrons, a physical program book will not be provided at concerts. However, a digital program book will be available online prior to each concert to help enhance your concert experience and familiarize yourself with our orchestra.

To ensure guests enjoy the performance, we kindly request your cell phones and/or other electronic devices are silenced before the concert begins.

May I record a performance or take photos?

Please be advised that photographing, videotaping, or sound recording of any performance without prior authorization from ProMusica is strictly prohibited.
