ProMusica’s Box Office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM and Wednesday 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. If you have questions regarding tickets, please email Carolyn Jakubczak, Ticketing & Patron Services Manager, or call 614.464.0066 ext. 101. Our current in-office hours are limited; however we are checking voicemails several times daily. Please include your email address and phone number in your message and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Tickets can be purchased online via our website or by calling the ProMusica Box Office. If you have questions regarding your ticket purchase, please email Carolyn Jakubczak, Ticketing & Patron Services Manager, or call 614.464.0066 ext. 101.
If lost or misplaced tickets were purchased through the ProMusica office, please email Carolyn Jakubczak, Ticketing & Patron Services Manager, or call 614.464.0066 ext. 101 and we can replace them for you. If you purchased tickets through Ticketmaster online, you will need to contact your “point of purchase.”
Yes. Student tickets are available for $11 through the ProMusica office. Tickets can also be purchased at the venue the night of a performance. Limit two per valid student ID. Student tickets are only for regular season performances; excluding select special events.

A digital program book will be available online prior to each concert to help enhance your concert experience and familiarize yourself with our orchestra.
To ensure guests enjoy the performance, we kindly request your cell phones and/or other electronic devices are silenced before the concert begins.
Please be advised that photographing, videotaping, or sound recording of any performance without prior authorization from ProMusica is strictly prohibited.
We understand that this is a unique time and circumstances may arise that prevent you from being able to attend the concert. All tickets purchased for concerts at The Fives will have a 5% ticket fee applied. The Columbus Arts & Culture fee will be applied to nonprofit arts, sports, and entertainment tickets and admissions in the City of Columbus. The Columbus Arts & Culture Fee helps make the arts available to all through funding free festivals and events, exemplary artists, arts organizations, and programs that educate and engage audiences throughout Greater Columbus.
