All sales are final and ProMusica does not offer refunds on ticket purchases.

Single ticket purchasers may exchange their tickets for an upcoming performance for a one-time fee of $3.00 per order. This exchange must be made more than 48 hours in advance of the original performance and is subject to availability. Season subscribers may exchange their tickets for another performance at any time and no fee will be assessed on these orders. We cannot offer exchanges on past performances.

Ticket holders may choose to return tickets to the box office and qualify for a tax-deductible donation to ProMusica. In order to complete this process, you must contact the ProMusica box office no later than the Friday prior to the concert.

Single tickets will be available for purchase at the venue’s box office starting 90 minutes prior to showtime for Southern Theatre concerts and 60 minutes prior to showtime for all other venues, subject to availability. We encourage all patrons to purchase in advance.

Programs and performers are subject to change. Tickets purchased within ten days of a performance will not be mailed, but will be held at the venue’s will call for pick up on the day of the performance. Tickets purchased online at will be subject to service fees.
