COVID-19 Ticket Policy Update:

We are committed to the health, safety, and peace of mind of our audiences. Please review our current Health & Safety protocols and if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the past 14 days or feel uncomfortable attending, please stay home and email Carolyn Jakubczak, Ticketing & Patron Services Manager, or call 614.464.0066 ext. 101 for ticket options. We are happy to provide a solution that works best for you, including the option to exchange, donate, or return your tickets.

NOTE: We are not able to offer exchanges or refunds on past performances.

All sales are final. Programs and performers are subject to change. Returned tickets qualify as a tax-deductible donation to ProMusica, but must be returned no later than the Friday prior to the concert. Call the ProMusica office at 614.464.0066 ext. 101 or return by mail.

Orders received through the ProMusica office after Tuesday of the week of a performance will not be mailed but will be available for pick up at the venue Will Call the day of the performance.

Single tickets are available for purchase at the venue’s Box Office starting 90 minutes before Southern Theatre performances. Subject to availability.
