ProMusica is committed to the health and well-being of all of our guests, musicians, artists, and staff. Throughout the pandemic, ProMusica has monitored COVID data and followed the advice of our public health officials to maintain safety protocols. Our current policies are below. Thank you for playing your part to keep each other safe!

As of October 8, ProMusica requires all patrons (12 and older), staff, musicians, and volunteers to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 PCR test results to attend our indoor performances.


  • All ProMusica ticket-holders (ages 12 and above) are required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test result and accompanying government-issued ID (for ages 18 and above) upon entry. Your vaccination card or photo of vaccination card (digital or physical) is acceptable.
  • Negative COVID-19 PCR test results must be taken within 72 hours prior to entry to the building. A rapid antigen test administered within 24 hours of entry will also be accepted. Documentation must be accompanied by your accompanying government-issued ID (for ages 18 and above)Proof of a negative test may be provided in digital form (email) or your printed document.
  • Accepted vaccines are those currently approved for use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration: Pfizer, Moderna, Astra Zeneca, and Johnson & Johnson.
  • “Fully vaccinated” means two weeks after the final dose of a vaccine (the second dose of a two-dose regimen, or the single dose for a single-dose regimen).
  • Children under the age of 12 are not required to provide proof of a negative test but are required to wear masks.

In order to streamline entry, we encourage the use of the Bindle App, a free, secure, easy to use digital pass for entrance to our venues. Click here to learn how to set up Bindle, which securely stores your negative test status or vaccination record and allows more efficient entry into the venues. Use of Bindle is NOT REQUIRED, and no health information is shared.

NOTE: Self-reported (home test) results will not be accepted. All results must be from a licensed test provider, health care provider, or laboratory.

Vaccination check points are located at each venue’s entrances. Patrons will be allowed into the venue once their proof of vaccination or negative PCR test results and ID has been presented to security personnel. PLEASE HAVE BOTH YOUR VACCINE CARD AND GOVERNMENT ID READY WHEN YOU ARRIVE. Once this process is complete, your ticket will be scanned. Please allow extra time for this process and thank you for your patience.


In accordance with the health and safety guidelines from the City of Columbus, all ticket holders are also required to wear a mask at all times, worn properly over the nose and mouth. Prolonged period of mask removal are not permitted for eating or drinking, so if you are enjoying a beverage during the concert, please keep you mask on between sips. Masks must be worn regardless of vaccination status until further notice.


Social distanced seating is available upon request for performances at the Southern Theatre only. Contact the ProMusica office by phone at 614.464.0066 for more information.


Programs for concerts will be available in a digital format. Please be respectful of other guests and practice safe distancing.


Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the venues for your use.


Please self-assess your health before leaving home. If you are not feeling well, have been exposed to COVID-19, or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home.


These protocols allow ProMusica to safely bring back as many audiences as possible to indoor concerts. Similar vaccine and mask policies are in place for the ProMusica staff and musicians including guest artists. Policies will be regularly assessed and are subject to change, so please check back for any updates.
