Ordering your subscription is simple and can be done securely online. Just pick your favorite subscription series and select your preferred seating location. Please email us or call 614.464.0066 ext. 101 if you have any questions, would like to discuss specific seats, or need assistance.

Saturday or Sunday Series: To renew your subscription, click here to login to your account. Your current subscription package and seats will be preselected for you, making it easy to renew exactly as is. If you would like to request any changes, such as moving to a different section or adjusting your seating location, you may include those details in the comments box during the renewal process. Seating change requests are reviewed and fulfilled after the renewal period has ended.
Create Your Own Series: Create Your Own subscriptions are renewed by creating a new order each season. To get started, click here to login to your account. Once you’ve selected your package, you will be able to choose your performances. Because Create Your Own packages do not guarantee retained seats from season to season, seating is not assigned at the time of purchase and will be assigned after the renewal period has ended, with priority given to 2025–26 season subscribers. You may include requests, such as preferred sections or accessibility needs, in the comments box, and our team will do our best to accommodate them during the seating process.
Before completing your order, you will be able to select your preferred ticket delivery method, including mail, will call, or digital tickets. Once you have reviewed your order, proceed to checkout and submit your payment to finalize your renewal and secure your package for the upcoming season.
A $10 Subscription Processing Fee will be applied to all subscription orders; however, this fee will be waived if you renew or purchase by May 31, 2026. The deadline to renew your subscription is July 1, after which any seats that have not been renewed will be released.

For all events taking place in the City of Columbus, a 5% ticket fee will be applied. The Columbus Arts & Culture fee will be applied to for- and nonprofit arts, sports and entertainment tickets and admissions in the City of Columbus. The Columbus Arts & Culture Fee helps make the arts available to all by funding free festivals and events, exemplary artists, arts organizations and programs that educate and engage audiences throughout Greater Columbus.
