SummerFEST: Mendelssohn, Morricone, & Grieg (Gahanna)

Join us for an outdoor, socially distant evening featuring ProMusica musicians, violinist Vadim Gluzman and led by Music Director David Danzmayr. Vadim performs Mendelssohn’s D Minor Violin Concerto and we honor the great composer Ennio Morricone with two of his most infamous works. Grieg’s delightful Holberg Suite closes the program.

Program duration is approximately 1 hour with no intermission.
Entrance opens 1 hour before the concert starts.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Tickets must be purchased online for this concert. You must show proof of purchase upon arrival at the venue.
  • Gahanna Parks staff will direct cars to their designated parking/viewing areas by order in which they arrive. If you would like to park near other cars, all cars in a group should arrive together.
  • Attendees are welcome to bring their own food and drink, however NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED.
  • If you wish to purchase food, there will be a food trucks from Demo’s Grille available on site.
SAFETY

The health and safety of our guests, musicians, and staff is our top priority. The following protocols are enforced at this event:

  • In order to ensure safe social distancing, all attendees will be asked to stay within their specific parking zone throughout the concert, unless walking to the restroom.
  • If you leave your specific zone, you are required to wear a face mask until you return.
  • Each zone is designed for attendees to stay in their vehicle, or set up chairs/picnic area around their vehicle.
  • Restrooms will be sanitized throughout the evening, and cones will be used to designate proper spacing in front of restrooms.
  • Face masks and hand sanitizer stations will be available onsite.
  • The State of Ohio has banned individual gatherings of more than 10 people, which will be enforced at this event. Please do not congregate in groups of more than 10.

Please bring your own chairs if you wish to sit outside of your car, in your designated zone.

ProMusica reserves the right to ask attendees not complying with health and safety protocols to leave the events.
