Do I need a ticket?

You do not need a ticket. Entry is free to all Summer Music Series 2023 concerts. We recommend arriving early as seating on the lawn is on a first-come, first-served basis.

VIP seating at catered tables is available for advance purchase for both performances at Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens only.

Where do I park?

Free parking is available at all venues. If the available lots fill up, street parking is available in surrounding neighborhoods. Please visit each specific event page for details on directions and parking for each venue.

What time can I arrive?

Guests may start to arrive at Alum Creek Park Amphitheater at 5:30 PM.

Gates at Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens will open at 6:00 PM.

How long is the concert?

Each concert lasts approximately one hour with no intermission.

Do I need to bring my own lawn chair or picnic blanket?

Yes. We encourage you to please bring your lawn chair or picnic blanket as chairs will not be provided or available, unless you purchase VIP tickets for Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens.

Can I bring my own food? What about alcohol?

You are welcome to bring in food and non-alcoholic beverages. No outside alcohol is allowed at any of the events. Coolers and bags may be subject to checks by event security staff upon entry.

What happens if it rains?

ProMusica will make every effort to present concerts as scheduled. In the event of severe weather, up-to-date information will be available from the ProMusica office at 614.464.0066, as well as on our website, and on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

All VIP ticket orders for Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a different concert date. If the event is cancelled due to weather, VIP catering orders will still be available for pick-up at the park.

Can I bring my dog?

We are a dog-loving orchestra, but no pets (except service animals) will be allowed.

Is the Summer Music Series appropriate for children?

Yes. Our outdoor summer concerts are family-friendly, so feel free to bring along music fans of all ages! Children’s activities will be available at the concerts at Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, one hour prior to the concert start time.
