SpringFEST: Serenades highlights the virtuosic forces of our wind and string sections. Samuel Coleridge-Taylor’s charming Four Noveletten and Grammy-nominated composer Anna Clyne’s achingly beautiful elegy Within Her Arms offers the diverse sounds of our strings. The program is bookended by the expressive and lyrical sonorities of Strauss and Dvorak’s Wind Serenades, performed by our dynamic wind section as we celebrate this joyful season.

CLYNE – Within Her Arms
COLERIDGE-TAYLOR – Four Noveletten (No. 3 & No. 4)
DVORAK – Serenade for Winds in D Minor

Duration is approximately 75 minutes with no intermission. Program subject to change.

TICKET INFORMATION:

Digital concert tickets can be purchased at any time before and during the concert availability period. Once you purchase your ticket, you will receive an email with your access link to watch the concert. Tickets are $20, and ProMusica Members will receive exclusive Member pricing.

SpringFEST: Serenades premieres on April 23 at 7:30 PM EST. Digital tickets can be purchased at any time before the premiere and through 10:00 PM EST on May 6, 2021. The concert will be available for ticket holders to watch on demand over a two week period. Once you click on your access link to begin enjoying the concert, you will have 72 hours to view the performance as often as you would like. Access to the concert will close after that 72 hour period. Please note that once you begin watching the concert, your access link will not work simultaneously on any other viewing device.
