TICKET HELP

How do I buy a digital concert ticket?

All tickets for the Digital Concert Series must be purchased online. Digital concert tickets can be purchased at any time before and during the concert availability period. Once you purchase your ticket, you will receive an email with your access link to watch the concert. Tickets are $20, and ProMusica Members will receive exclusive Member pricing.

As a ProMusica Member, how do I gain access to the Member rate?

On the ticket purchase page, enter your code in the “Passcode” box, indicated below with a red arrow and click “Apply”:

If you have purchased a Membership and did not receive your Passcode, or are unable to locate it, please email Margaret Wells, Executive Assistant.

When will I get the link to the performance?

You will receive the link and unique access code in your confirmation email at the time of your purchase. If you have lost/deleted the email, please email us at [email protected] and we would be happy to resend it.

How long is my ticket valid?

All digital concerts will be available for ticket holders to watch on demand over a two week period. Once you click on your access link to begin enjoying the concert, you will have 72 hours to view the performance as often as you would like. Access to view the concert will close after that 72 hour period.

Can I pause the concert and come back to it, or watch it more than once?

Yes. You may watch the concert as many times as you’d like in the 72 hours after you initially click on your link to watch. You can stop the video and come back to it later, using the control bar to fast forward to where you left off.

Can I buy a ticket as a gift for a friend?

Yes. Once you have purchased the ticket for a friend, simply forward the concert link button and access code (located below the blue button) from your order confirmation email. If you are purchasing several tickets and are in need of assistance to send them to friends or family, please email us at [email protected] and we would be happy to help.

TECHNICAL HELP

How do I access/view the Digital Concert?

To view a Digital Concert, you must have a reliable internet connection, and be able to open your email and access the link in a web browser. Your link and unique access code will be included in your ticket purchase confirmation email. When you are ready to watch, follow these easy steps:

  1. Locate and click on the blue button link for the digital concert you want to access.
  2. A new window will open in your browser with the video player. The player should pull in your access code, but if not, you can also find it just below the blue button link in your confirmation email.
  3. To access the concert, you must agree to the terms & conditions, and then click “Start Watching”. If the video does not start automatically, select the play button (available after the concert start time).
Can I use one ticket to watch on multiple devices? Can I share my link with someone else?

No. Your ticket only allows one device to access the concert at a time.

How can I watch Digital Concerts on my TV?

There are several ways to watch Digital Concerts on your TV:

  1. Directly connect your computer to a TV using an HDMI cable
  2. Cast or mirror the performance to a TV via a streaming device such as Chromecast or AppleTV Airplay
  3. If you are able to access your email directly on a your SmartTV, you can click the ticket link and view via a web browser app.
What browsers are compatible with your player page?

The following browsers are officially supported:

  • Chrome for Android 34+
  • Chrome for Desktop 34+
  • Firefox for Android 41+
  • Firefox for Desktop 42+
  • Edge for Windows 10+
  • Safari for Mac 8+ (beta)

Other modern browsers will likely work, but are not guaranteed.

Why won't my video play?

Please try the following troubleshooting tips:

  1. Check your internet connection speed. A slow internet connection could be the problem. Slower connections are indicated by buffering, constantly loading, choppy video, or freezing.
You can check your internet speed here: https://www.speedtest.net/
You will want to have an upload speed of at least 10 mbps (good). 25+ mbps is considered very good.
  2. Try refreshing your browser.
  3. Check your location and the number of devices connected to your network. Both of these factors can slow things down and cause issues. Check the strength on your device; if it is low, try moving closer to your Wi-Fi router.
