An Evening with Gil Shaham — Season Finale Benefit Concert

Grammy award winning artist and legendary violinist Gil Shaham joins ProMusica as guest soloist for our 2021 Season Finale Benefit Concert. Enjoy pre-concert sips and snacks, followed by the performance in the intimate setting of The Fives. Join us for this exclusive experience of musical artistry and friendship, to celebrate this unforgettable 2020-21 Season.

EVENT INFORMATION

6:00 PM  |  Doors Open
6:15 PM – 7:15 PM  |  Pre-concert sips and snacks — enjoy the evening’s ambiance with a complimentary signature cocktail and a pre-packaged gourmet box of artfully prepared hors d’oeuvers at your table.
7:30 PM  |  Concert Begins

If you prefer not to eat at the venue, you may take your gourmet box home with you to enjoy after the event. For special dietary requests, please email Margaret Wells, Executive Assistant.

TICKET INFORMATION

To ensure a safe concert experience, please note the following details regarding your ticket purchase:

• Tickets must be purchased online prior to the concert.
• Tickets will be available up until four hours prior to each concert, or until the concert is sold out.
• Tickets will not be available at the door the night of the concert.
• We will use a touchless system, but you must show proof of your ticket purchase  upon arrival at the venue. You may print your tickets at home and bring them with you, or show them on your mobile device.
• If you are having difficulties making your online ticket purchase, please email Margaret Wells, Executive Assistant or call 614.464.0066 ext. 111 for assistance. Our current in-office hours are limited as we are working remotely, so please include your email address and phone number in your message and we will respond as quickly as possible.

SEATING INFORMATION

Tickets are sold in pairs. Seating arrangements will be eight-top tables, set to seat only four people per table to adhere to social distancing. Each table will be socially distanced. Capacity is limited. Please reference our room diagram that illustrates what to expect for the audience seating area.
All seats are general admission.

SAFETY INFORMATION

The health and safety of our guests, musicians, and staff is our top priority. The following protocols are enforced at this event:

• Attendees are required to wear a face mask when entering and exiting the venue, and at all times with the exception of while eating or drinking.
• Eight-top tables will be set to seat only four people to keep physical distance from each other.
• Your individually pre-packaged gourmet box will be brought to you at your table upon arrival. Please enjoy your food before the concert begins, or enjoy it at home after the event concludes.
• A complimentary signature cocktail and cash bar will be available.
• When not seated, maintain social distancing from others at all times.
• Face masks and hand sanitizer will be available onsite.
