We’re excited to welcome you to ProMusica! Below you’ll find helpful details about purchasing tickets, delivery options, and resale policies—everything you need for a smooth and enjoyable concert experience.

Please note that all sales are final and ProMusica does not offer refunds on ticket purchases. Programs and performers are subject to change.

Purchasing Tickets
  • Single tickets may be purchased at the venue box office beginning two (2) hours prior to showtime for Southern Theatre concerts and ninety (90) minutes prior to showtime for all other venues, subject to availability. Patrons are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance.
  • Tickets purchased within ten (10) days of a performance will be delivered digitally. Purchasers may elect to pick up tickets at the venue’s Will Call on the day of the performance for an additional fee.
  • In the event that a ticket is sold in error, including but not limited to pricing errors, early access to tickets, or tickets released unintentionally, ProMusica reserves the right to cancel the ticket or order and refund the amount paid. ProMusica is not responsible for travel or other incidental expenses related to such errors.
  • The ProMusica Box Office will communicate with and provide ticketing assistance only to the original ticket purchaser of record in the ProMusica ticketing system. Patrons may be required to confirm account information for verification purposes prior to receiving assistance.
Policies & Refunds
  • All sales are final and non-refundable. ProMusica recognizes that plans can change unexpectedly and therefore offers ticket donation options and flexible exchanges for subscribers. Single tickets may be exchanges for a fee, provided the exchange is completed more than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the original performance and is subject to availability.
  • Each ticket permits a single entry and constitutes a revocable license for a specific event. Unauthorized duplication, alteration, or reproduction of tickets—including modified ticket designs—may result in denial of admission. Artists, ticket prices, and program details are subject to change without notice.
Ticket Limits

ProMusica reserves the right to limit ticket purchases to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a “ticket limit”) to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.

  • Ticket limits apply per person and per account, not solely per order. Each account must belong to one individual and contain accurate information. Creating multiple accounts to purchase more tickets than permitted is prohibited.
  • If ticket limits are exceeded or circumvented, ProMusica reserves the right to cancel some or all tickets without notice and may restrict future ticket-purchasing privileges. Canceled tickets may be refunded at face value, excluding fees. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, mailing address, or payment method.
  • Some events may offer group discounts. For more information, please contact the ProMusica Box Office at (614) 464-0066 ext. 101 or at [email protected].
Ticket Resale
  • The ProMusica Box Office (614-464-0066 and promusicacolumbus.org), and the CAPA Box Office (614-469-0939 and CAPA.com) are the only authorized sellers of ProMusica Chamber Orchestra tickets. Tickets purchased through other websites or third-party vendors may be counterfeit, and seating is not guaranteed. ProMusica cannot issue refunds or provide seat exchanges for tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers and may be unable to contact patrons regarding schedule changes, cancellations, or other important information.
  • Notice to Third-Party Ticket Resellers: ProMusica reserves the right to cancel any order without compensation if there is a reason to believe tickets are being purchased for resale in violation of ProMusica policies.
  • Tickets may not be resold above face value through unauthorized websites, ticket brokers, or other third-party platforms. Tickets that are resold in violation of applicable laws or ProMusica policies, or that are copied, duplicated, or altered, may be canceled without refund.
  • Ticket holders are responsible for complying with all applicable resale laws. ProMusica reserves the right to limit or revoke ticket-buying privileges for individuals who violate resale restrictions or other ProMusica policies.
Ticket Fees

Ticket fees support ProMusica’s ticketing operations. Some fees may be avoided by purchasing tickets in advance via phone through our Box Office or at the venue on the night of the performance.

  • Will Call Fee – A $2.00 fee applies to tickets that are requested to be held at Will Call for pick up the night of a performance.

Please note that different fees may apply when purchasing via the CAPA Ticket Center.

Exchanges & Donations

If your plans change, the options below outline how we can assist with ticket exchanges or donations.

  • Season subscribers may exchange their tickets for another performance at any time, subject to availability. No exchange fees will be assessed. Exchanges for past performances are not permitted.
  • The ProMusica Box Office will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable seating for exchanged tickets; however, comparable seating cannot be guaranteed.
  • Ticket holders may choose to return tickets to the box office and qualify for a tax-deductible donation to ProMusica. In order to complete this process, you must contact the ProMusica Box Office no later than the Friday prior to the concert. Any fees collected do not qualify as a tax-deductible donation.
Attending the Performance

Please take a moment to review the following information to help make your concert experience enjoyable for everyone.

  • All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to attend concerts. While young audience members are welcome, caregivers are encouraged to consider the music, performers, and themes of each program when determining whether a performance is appropriate for children.
  • Unless otherwise noted, doors open one (1) hour prior to the concert at all venues.
  • Patrons arriving after the start of the concert will be seated at an appropriate break between pieces and at the discretion of ProMusica staff, volunteers, or ushers. We recommend allowing extra time to reach the theater to account traffic delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Entry to any ProMusica event venue is subject to compliance with all venue policies and securities protocols.
  • By attending any ProMusica performance, you consent to the use of photos, video, or audio recordings in which you appear for marketing or promotional purposes, without compensation. You release ProMusica, its assigns, and licensees from any liability related to such use. ProMusica allows brief, non-disruptive photography and short video clips during concerts, provided the following guidelines are observed:
    • No flash photography at any time.
    • No audio recording of any kind is permitted.
    • Keep video recording brief and considerate of those around you.
    • Do not block aisles, sightlines, or obstruct other patrons’ view while taking photos or videos.
    • Devices must remain on silent, and screen brightness should be lowered to minimize disruption.
    • Extended recording, live streaming, or professional equipment (tripods, monopods, external microphones, etc.) is not permitted without prior written approval.
If you have any ticketing questions, please call the ProMusica Box Office at 614.464.0066 ext. 101 or email us.
