Season Schedule

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Gates will open at 6:00 PM. Seating is general admission. We encourage you to bring your own portable seating, blankets, or lawn chairs. A full bar will be available for purchase. No outside alcohol is permitted. All bags and coolers will be subject to inspection upon entry. No pets allowed (except service animals).

Join us one hour before each concert for music and garden inspired children’s activities.

VIP EXPERIENCE:

Enhance your Summer Music Series experience with a VIP package that includes reserved seating, a curated gourmet boxed meal, a complimentary drink ticket, and a ProMusica-branded drinkware item to take home as a keepsake. Enjoy your refreshments before the concert in our exclusive covered VIP pavilion, or from your reserved seat during the performance.

Choose from two options, thoughtfully prepared by the culinary team at Lindey’s:

• Boxed Meal: A curated selection of artisan cheeses, smoked turkey croissant sandwiches, fresh seasonal accompaniments, and a handcrafted dessert.
• Vegetarian Boxed Meal: A Mediterranean-inspired selection featuring Caprese skewers, grilled vegetables, seasonal fruit, hummus with flaxseed crisps, and a handcrafted dessert.

Either option can be prepared gluten-free upon request. If you or someone in your party has a dietary restriction or food allergy, please contact the ProMusica Box Office at 614.464.0066 ext. 101.

Please note:

• Due to ongoing construction and space limitations, VIP concert seating will be chair-only (no tables).
• Before the concert, guests are invited to enjoy their boxed meal in the covered VIP pavilion.
• Reserved seating will be provided for the performance — chairs will be set and ready upon arrival, so there’s no need to bring your own.
• To ensure your group is seated together, all VIP seats must be purchased in a single order. VIP packages are limited to 6 seats per order.
• VIP reservations must be made by 5:00 PM on Monday, July 27. Seating assignments will be made in the order reservations are received.

VIP Check-In
Upon arrival, look for the “VIP Check-In” table located at the pergola on the west side of the Grand Mallway, adjacent main concert stage. ProMusica staff will greet you and direct you to pick up your boxed meal and locate your reserved seat(s).

PURCHASE VIP PACKAGE

All VIP orders are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a different concert date. If the event is cancelled due to weather, orders will still be available for pick-up at the park. Menu subject to change.
