ProMusica’s Sustaining Board presents the 26th Culinary Capers featuring guest chef Faith Durand who will demonstrate recipes for a Home for the Holidays Brunch. Faith is a co-author of the James Beard Award winning The Kitchn Cookbook – Recipes, Kitchens & Tips to Inspire Your Cooking. She is also the Editor-in-Chief of thekitchn.com, the country’s largest online publication devoted to home cooking. Come early to shop the Ohio Artisans Marketplace and peruse raffle items valued at $200 or more. Guests will enjoy brunch made with Faith’s recipes and go home with a signed copy of her cookbook. Her other two cookbooks will also be offered for sale.
