ProMusica opens several of its real, working rehearsals to senior citizens in the Columbus community during daylight hours. Large print programs are available, and light refreshments are provided at the break. Seniors are welcome to stay for the entire two-and-a-half hour rehearsal or may leave at the break. All Open Rehearsals are held at the Southern Theatre.

Students are invited to attend ProMusica rehearsals, providing an opportunity to bridge classroom learning with real-life experiences similar to those of professional musicians. Students will see what it takes to prepare for a concert and observe the intricacies and intensity of a professional rehearsal.

Enhance your concert experience! WOSU Classical 101 host Boyce Lancaster leads a casual conversation directly following each Southern Theatre performance. Connect with ProMusica composers, conductors, and guest artists as they offer insight into the music that was just performed. CODA is free to any ticket holder. MORE DETAILS

Students gain experience in music business and nonprofit arts administration with an internship at ProMusica. Interested students can submit a cover letter and resume stating their interests and learning goals. Visit the Employment page for more information about applying for an internship.
