The Summer Music Series at Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens (August 13-14) is free to all. We recommend arriving early as seating on the lawn is on a first-come, first-served basis. VIP Packages will be available for purchase at a later date.
ProMusica: LIVE at Headley Park (August 15) is a ticketed event. Tickets are available, via Gahanna Arts Council, for $15 in advance and $20 on site. Student tickets are $5.
Free parking is available at all venues. If the available lots fill up, street parking is available in surrounding neighborhoods. Please visit each specific event page for details on directions and parking for each venue.
Gates at Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens will open at 6:00 PM.
Guests may start to arrive at Headley Park at 4:30 PM.
Each concert lasts approximately one hour with no intermission.
Yes. We encourage you to please bring your lawn chair or picnic blanket as chairs will not be provided or available.
At Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, you are welcome to bring in food and non-alcoholic beverages. No outside alcohol is allowed at any of the events. Coolers and bags may be subject to checks by event security staff upon entry.
At Headley Park, no outside food or drink is permitted. Food trucks and a bar will be available for purchase.
ProMusica will make every effort to present concerts as scheduled. In the event of severe weather, up-to-date information will be available from the ProMusica office at 614.464.0066, as well as on our website, and on Facebook and Instagram.
We are a dog-loving orchestra, but no pets (except service animals) will be allowed.
Yes. Our outdoor summer concerts are family-friendly, so feel free to bring along music fans of all ages! Children’s activities will be available at the Franklin Park Conservatory concerts one hour prior to the concert start time.
