Welcome to ProMusica CONNECT! This program allows our dedicated season subscribers to share the ProMusica experience with friends, family, and music-lovers in their life for the first time on us. In order to request your tickets, please complete and submit the form below. You will need to include the number(s) located on the bottom of the CONNECT voucher(s) you were given. Each voucher is only redeemable for one ticket, so please make sure you have the appropriate number of vouchers for the number of guests who wish to attend. Once your request is submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from our ticketing system. Following this, a staff member will be in contact with you in 1-2 business days to notify you of the completion of your request. CONNECT guests will be assigned the best available seats at time of redemption.

If you are completing this form within 48 hours of the concert you wish to attend, please either call the box office directly (614.464.0066 x101, M-F 10am-5pm) or bring your voucher to the venue box office 90 minutes prior to concert time. Ticket orders placed through the online webform will be available for pickup at the Will Call window of the Southern Theatre starting 90 minutes prior to performance time on your chosen concert date.
