Founded in 1988, the members of the ProMusica Sustaining Board are dedicated to increasing community awareness and support for the Orchestra. Through memberships and special events, the Sustaining Board provides financial and volunteer support to help sustain ProMusica’s artistic and education programs.
Membership
Volunteers are vital to our fundraising and awareness efforts. We invite and would love to welcome all interested individuals to become a Member!
Annual Membership Levels:
Concertmaster ($200)
All Musician level benefits plus Concertmaster name recognition in concert programs and two tickets to a ProMusica concert.
Principal ($125)
All Musician level benefits plus Principal name recognition in concert programs and one ticket to a ProMusica concert.
Musician ($50)
Invitations to all Sustaining Board social events, advance invitations to special events, email newsletter subscription, membership roster, and name recognition in concert programs.

Pre-Concert Meet Up – Save the Date
Saturday, October 11, 2025 – 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
House Wine (644 High Street, Worthington, OH 43085)
Please mark your calendars and plan join members of the ProMusica Sustaining Board at a pre-concert meet-up at House Wine in Old Worthington. Members and guests will gather on Saturday October 19th at 5:00 PM to raise a glass before heading to the Neighborhood Series concert at the Worthington United Methodist Church around 6:30 PM. Light appetizers will be provided, and a cash bar will be available to purchase drinks. This event will give you an opportunity to mingle with members of the Sustaining Board and learn about the ways we support this amazing orchestra and the meaningful work we do through fundraising and advocacy.

Please save the date and plan to join us as we kick off the 2025-2026 concert season at our annual fall luncheon. This year’s event will be held at Hofbrauhaus Columbus. Watch for a Punchbowl invitation in mid-September and RSVP to save your spot.

Join us at our biggest ProMusica fundraiser as we welcome guest chef Emily Weinstein with her new cookbook, Easy Weeknight Dinners. Known for easy weeknight meal recipes, Emily is the Editor in Chief of Cooking and Food at The New York Times, and has been recognized for innovative storytelling in food. The day begins at 9:00 AM with shopping at the Ohio Artisans Marketplace, and is followed by Emily’s cooking demonstration and lunch. Go home with a signed copy of her new book.
