Where is Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens located?
Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens is located at 1777 East Broad Street, just east of downtown Columbus. The park is easily accessible by car or public transportation. Where do I park?
Free and convenient parking is located on the northwest side of the park, just a short walk from the concert area.
What time can I arrive?
Gates will open at 6:00 PM. There will be multiple entrance points open around the Grand Mallway area.
Will food and beverages be available for purchase?
Catered picnics and pre-order wine, with table seating, will be available with reservation. Click here to purchase VIP seating. There will also be on-site food sales and cash bars at each of the performances. Please check back for more details coming soon!
Can I bring my own food?
Yes! Please pack a picnic and enjoy an outdoor meal or snacks before or during the concert. Coolers, blankets, and chairs are encouraged, but no outside alcoholic beverages can be brought into the park.
Should I bring the kids?
Yes! Starting at 7:00 PM, ProMusica and Franklin Park Conservatory will provide fun for the whole family with music and garden-inspired activities on the Wolfe Terrace located right behind the stage.
Is access to the Conservatory free?
The ProMusica concerts and pre-concert children’s activities are free of charge. Please visit fpconservatory.org for information on visiting the Conservatory’s indoor exhibits, hours, and cost.
What should I wear?
Dress comfortably. This is a relaxed and casual concert experience.
How long is the concert?
Each concert will last just over one hour with no intermission.
Are restrooms available?
Yes! Restrooms are located inside the Conservatory. Look for signs and staff members to direct you.
Will chairs be available?
No. Chairs will only be available to those who pre-order a catered picnic and table. No additional seating will be provided. Please bring your own lawn chair or blanket.
Is Franklin Park Conservatory handicap accessible?
Yes! Please contact ProMusica in advance (614.464.0066) to ensure proper accommodations can be made.
What happens if it rains?
ProMusica will make every effort to present concerts as scheduled. In the event of severe weather, up-to-date information will be available from the ProMusica office at 614.464.0066, as well as on Facebook and Twitter.
