How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online via our website or by calling the ProMusica Box Office at 614.464.0066 ext. 101. You may also purchase tickets at the door on the night of your desired performance beginning one hour prior to show time. However, we do recommend purchasing tickets in advance, as door sales are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

What are the Box Office hours?

The ProMusica Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. If your call is not immediately answered, please be sure to leave a detailed voicemail and your call will be returned as quickly as possible. If you have an urgent night of show or weekend question that needs to be answered in advance of your attendance, please leave a detailed voicemail or email Carolyn Jakubczak, our Ticketing and Patron Services Manager, for assistance.

I can no longer attend the concert I purchased tickets for. What is the refund policy?

ProMusica does not offer refunds on ticket purchases. However, single ticket purchasers may exchange their tickets for an upcoming performance for a one-time fee of $3.00 per order. This exchange must be made more than 48 hours in advance of the original performance and is subject to availability. What if I’ve lost my tickets?

Don’t panic! We can replace them for you. If your lose or misplace your tickets, in advance of a performance, please call 614.464.0066 ext. 101 or email Carolyn Jakubczak, Ticketing & Patron Services Manager. If it is the night of the concert, please bring an ID and your Ticketmaster order confirmation number (if applicable) to the venue Box Office to have your tickets replaced.

What if I want to bring a group to a concert?

Special discounted rates are available to groups over 10. Rates will vary depending on group size and must be purchased in advance. Please call 614.464.0066 ext. 101 or email Carolyn Jakubczak, Ticketing & Patron Services Manager, to find out more about how we can best accommodate your group!

Are student tickets available?

Yes, student tickets are available for $12 through the ProMusica Box Office for advanced sales or at the door on the night of the performance. The student discount is available in any section of the theatre with a limit of 2 tickets per valid student ID. Student tickets are only available for regular season performances, excluding special events.

I want to give someone concert tickets as a gift. How can I do that?

What time do doors open?

One hour before the scheduled performance time.

May I record a performance or take photos?

Please be advised that photographing, videotaping, or sound recording of any performance without prior authorization from ProMusica is strictly prohibited.

What safety measures are being taken?

How can I best prepare for a concert?

A digital program book will be available online prior to each concert to help enhance your concert experience and familiarize yourself with our orchestra.

What is the Columbus Arts & Culture Fee?

All tickets purchased for concerts at The Fives will have a 5% ticket fee applied. The Columbus Arts & Culture fee will be applied to nonprofit arts, sports, and entertainment tickets and admissions in the City of Columbus. The Columbus Arts & Culture Fee helps make the arts available to all through funding free festivals and events, exemplary artists, arts organizations, and programs that educate and engage audiences throughout Greater Columbus.
