ProMusica Sustaining Board presents Culinary Capers XXVIII

The ProMusica Sustaining Board is thrilled to bring back Culinary Capers in person with the one and only Dorie Greenspan!

And, to put the icing on the cake, Dorie is launching her newest cookbook, BAKING WITH DORIE: Sweet, Salty & Simple, in October and will be demonstrating some of her favorite recipes from it at Culinary Capers.  Your registration includes lunch using her recipes and a signed copy of this fabulous new book.

The Event:
This is the Sustaining Board’s most important fundraiser of the year, with proceeds benefiting ProMusica Chamber Orchestra.

  • Purchase Pick-a-Prize raffle tickets with items valued from $200. Tickets $20 each, 3 for $50, 7 for $100.
  • Get ProMusica merchandise and additional copies of BAKING WITH DORIE: Sweet, Salty & Simple.
  • Watch Dorie demonstrate recipes from BAKING WITH DORIE: Sweet, Salty & Simple.
  • Enjoy lunch created with Dorie’s recipes by the chef of The Grand Event Center.
  • The Ohio Artisans Marketplace re-opens after lunch.
  • Dorie will be available to sign additional books.

Reservations:
We expect this event to sell out quickly, so make your reservations early! Dorie’s Chef’s Table and VIP Harvest Tables are already sold out.

Individual seats are $150. All guests will receive a signed copy of BAKING WITH DORIE: Sweet, Salty & Simple, lunch and an event gift bag.

Free parking near The Grand is available in several lots. All registrants will receive a parking map via email. $70 of each ticket is tax deductible. Your check is your reservation. No tickets will be issued.

NOTE: The health and safety of our guests, vendors, and volunteers is of paramount importance to the ProMusica Sustaining Board.  We are continuing to monitor COVID-19 protocols and, in conjunction with The Grand Event Center, may need to require the wearing of masks when not seated at your table, and perhaps other measures if warranted.  Please check this page or our Facebook page, facebook.com/PMSustainingBoard for any change in protocols as the event nears.

Raffle:
Tickets for ten high value prizes will be sold on the day of the event with the drawing held at the end of lunch. If you cannot attend Culinary Capers, you may order tickets up until November 9.  Your ticket(s) will be placed in the bowl for the drawing of the prize you’d like to win. Tickets are $20 for one, $50 for three and $100 for seven.
